TICKET INFO

  • Two-day tickets are ONE wristband, worn for both days
  • Single day tickets are ONE wristband, valid for only the day you purchased.
  • Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
  • Wristband registration required for entry into the festival.
  • Children 5 & under are free and do not need a wristband for entry. One free child admission with each purchased ticket. Excluding Clubhouse (21+).
  • Parking tickets are mobile only and you will receive AXS Mobile ID digital tickets within your AXS App with in an hour after you complete your purchase for General and Preferred Parking. Clubhouse parking will be sent closer to festival dates. Please note, your tickets will be scanned from your phone on the AXS App at the entrance for parking per day.

ORDER INFO

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • The name on the original order cannot be changed.
  • There is a strict 8 ticket limit per customer. Each customer may purchase up to 8 tickets.
  • There are minimum browser requirements to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated version.
  • Do not buy tickets from a 3rd party/scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support tickets purchased from a 3rd party/scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions.

SHIPPING INFO

  • You will receive AXS Mobile ID digital passes within your AXS App within 10 minutes after you complete your purchase. Please note, your passes will be scanned from your phone on the AXS App at the entrance gate per day.
  • Parking tickets are mobile only and you will receive AXS Mobile ID digital tickets within your AXS App with in an hour after you complete your purchase for General and Preferred Parking. Clubhouse parking will be sent closer to festival dates. Please note, your tickets will be scanned from your phone on the AXS App at the entrance for parking per day.

  • Government issued photo ID of order account holder, order number and the credit card used for purchase are required for pick-up at Will Call.
  • Absolutely no name changes or alternate Will Call pick-ups will be allowed. No exceptions.
  • Box Office will only accept credit or debit card payment. Cash will not be accepted.
  • For wristband help, please remember the wristband must be registered in the name of the person seeking assistance at the window.
